Charlotte, N.C. - Charlotte 49ers head men's basketball coach Ron Sanchez has announced the hiring Kotie Kimble as assistant coach. Kimble joins the 49ers coaching staff after spending the last seven years as an assistant coach at William & Mary.
"Kotie brings a combination of experience and youth to the coaching staff," Sanchez said. "That combination allows him to really connect with recruits. He has a bright future and I am thrilled to have him join the 49ers family."
During his time on the coaching staff at William & Mary, the Tribe posted three of the program's eight 20-win seasons while capturing the Colonial Athletic Association's regular-season title in 2015 and reaching the CAA Tournament Championship game in 2014 and 2015.
