CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte women's soccer will take to the road for its next match, traveling to Norfolk, Virginia, for a rescheduled contest with Old Dominion starting at 4 p.m. Monday. The game was moved to earlier in the season after a shift in the 49ers' calendar due to Hurricane Florence.
Charlotte enters the tilt with a 5-3 overall and 1-0 Conference USA mark after opening the league campaign with a 5-1 triumph over FIU Thursday at Transamerica Field. Junior forward Megan Greene, a member of the league's preseason team, netted her first career hat trick, and just the 14th in program history, in the well-rounded offensive performance.
