CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte women's soccer will put a cap on regular-season action in 2018 when it plays host to Preseason Conference USA favorite Rice at 1 p.m. Sunday at Transamerica Field. It will be the final game played around the league in the regular season prior to the conference tournament, which starts Wednesday in Norfolk, Virginia.
The 49ers will be looking to continue their strong home performances, this season. The Niners are 6-1 at Transamerica Field in 2018, matching the victory total on their home turf from last fall. This year, however, Charlotte is currently 8-8 overall and 4-5 in C-USA heading into the matchup.
