Charlotte, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers finished the season ranked seventh in the Carolina Region as released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA). Charlotte has now finished the season ranked in the region for the second straight year after being ranked 10th in the Carolina Region last season. This year, Luca Keist finished the season ranked 13th in the region in singles. The nationally-ranked doubles team of Keist and Constandinos Christoforou finished the season ranked fifth in the region.
Charlotte tallied 10 wins on the season with victories over Carolina region foes Furman, Presbyterian, Winthrop and Wofford.
