Charlotte returns to Halton Arena to host Citadel on Tuesday, Dec. 29 marking the first matchup between the two schools. Charlotte’s last time out, the 49ers fell to Georgetown in Time Warner Cable Arena 62-59. Braxton Ogbueze had another strong game, scoring 18 points, and Joseph Uchebo recorded his second double-double of the year with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Citadel sits at 7-5 on the season and comes into Charlotte after falling to Campbell 101-82. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
