CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte baseball's Dominic Pilolli continued his early season tear vs. UMBC over the weekend leading to Co-Hitter of the Week honors from Conference USA on Monday afternoon. The freshman hit .455 during the five-game week and .526 in the four-game sweep over UMBC.
"Dom was sensational for us this past week," remarked Head Coach Robert Woodard. "To see a freshman step into college baseball and perform at that level is special. Our coaching staff knew when Dom arrived on campus that he had the potential to be a special player for us.
