DALLAS – Conference USA released the women's soccer preseason team and poll rankings Thursday following a vote of the 14 head coaches and Charlotte continued to earn respect among its peers.

Junior Julia Patrum, a member of the All-Conference USA First Team in the spring, was one of 11 players tabbed to the Preseason Team. Eight schools had at least one player land on the squad.
She's coming off a strong performance in the spring in which she equaled team-best totals with four goals, two assists and 10 points despite playing in just nine of the Niners' 12 games.
