IRVING, Texas – Charlotte's Tom Nobles and Caroline Sang earned the Conference USA Male and Female Cross Country Runners of the Week, respectively, the Conference USA office announced on Tuesday.
Charlotte claimed both team titles at the William and Mary Invitational on Friday in Williamsburg, Va. The men tallied 19 points, while George Washington finished as the runner-up with 50 points. On the women's side, the Niners held off host William and Mary 61-63. In addition, Nobles and Sang have individual victories in each of the two events both have competed in this season.
