PHILADELPHIA – As the inaugural season of Charlotte Lacrosse comes to a close, the 49ers (6-9, 1-4 AAC) do so on the road at Temple (3-12, 1-4 AAC) in a Saturday clash set for Noon at Howarth Field.
The Green and White enter the season finale having dropped a pair of conference games this season – Vanderbilt and East Carolina – by just one goal and aim to close out the year on a high note against a Temple squad boasting an equal 1-4 record in American Athletic Conference play. The Owls, like Charlotte, also have a pair of AAC loses by a single point and are coming off a four-point loss to crosstown rival Drexel in midweek play.
