LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Charlotte men's cross-country team finished 11th out of 41 teams in the 8,000-meter red race at the NCAA Pre-National Meet on Saturday at E.P. 'Tom' Sawyer State Park, while the women featured 29 teams in the 6K black race, with Charlotte placing 12th.
BYU claimed the men's team title with 41 points, while Colorado (118 points), Oregon (129 points), Virginia Tech (148 points) and Ole Miss (193) rounded out the top five.
In a field of 292 runners, Charlotte had four of its five runners to score finish in the top 100, including redshirt-junior Tom Nobles.
