Charlotte, N.C. – Behind four singles and two doubles wins, the Charlotte 49ers (10-12) defeated Radford (4-13), 5-2, at the Charlotte Indoor Tennis Club.
"It feels good to get on the right side of one," Charlotte coach Jeremy Feldman said. "We have been very close the last couple of matches but we have not been able to shut the door. The guys feel good about this one. I am hoping that this will propel us to a new winning streak as we close out the regular-season heading into the Conference USA Tournament."
Charlotte won two doubles matches to claim the doubles point.
