CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers cross-country teams will host Davidson in the Charlotte Preview on Friday at Frank Liske Park, in Concord. The women will take the course at 5 p.m., followed by the men.
This will be the first meet for Joseph Lynn, who replaced Alex Gibby as Charlotte's cross-country head coach.
Lynn inherited a wealth of youth with seven true freshmen joining the men's team. The most experienced runners on the men's side are redshirt juniors Mihret Coulter and Tom Nobles. However, sophomore's Paul Arredondo, Alex Cornwell and Zach Marchinko gained valuable experience last season and should help to form a solid nucleus.
