CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte women's tennis program returns to action this weekend as it gets set to play host to its first on-campus matches of the spring Friday and a possible road trip Saturday, dependent on weather.
The 49ers will welcome North Carolina A&T and Charleston Southern to the Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex for first serves at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., respectively, Friday. Barring good weather, the Niners will then make the trek to Conway, South Carolina, for a 2 p.m. Saturday meeting with Coastal Carolina.
"We are excited to play some matches on our own courts," head coach Anthony Davison said.
