BOCA RATON, Fla. – Charlotte women's soccer had three of its players earn All-Conference USA Tournament Team honors following the conclusion of the league championships this past week in Boca Raton, Fla.
Garnering the honor for the 49ers included senior Martha Thomas, sophomore Megan Greene and freshman Meredith Hamby. It is the first all-tournament team accolade for each player.
It marks the second-straight season in which the Niners had at least three players on the squad, following last year's four after Charlotte captured the title. This year, as the runner-up the 49ers were guaranteed the three spots.
