Charlotte, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers, who are in their third season under head coach Jeremy Feldman, begin the 2019 season with matches against Presbyterian and Winthrop this Saturday, January 12 at Lifetime Fitness, the Onyx Premier Club (11220 Golf Links Drive, Charlotte, NC 28277). The 49ers play Presbyterian at 1 p.m. in their first match of the season. Then, Charlotte concludes the day against Winthrop at 6 p.m. Charlotte has won eight consecutive home openers.
Charlotte returns eight letterwinners led by seniors Alejandro Garcia Moreno, Oriol Puig Forne and Sam Rice, juniors Constandinos Christoforou and Leonardo Menezes and sophomores Luca Keist, Collin Thomson and Benjamin Wayand round out the 49ers returning letterwinners.
