Charlotte, N.C. - The 21st-ranked Charlotte 49ers play cross-county foe Davidson at Transamerica Field in their final exhibition game this Friday, August 23 at 7 p.m. Admission is free to Friday's game.
LAST GAME
Charlotte defeated USC Upstate, 3-0, in their first exhibition game last Friday, August 16. Preston Popp scored two goals. Teddy Chaouche added the 49ers other goal off a penalty kick. The 49ers defense limited USC Upstate to eight shots with only four shots on goal in their shutout victory.

The 49ers were picked second in the Conference USA preseason poll in a vote by the league's eight head coaches.
