Niners fall in tightly-contested clash with unbeaten Broncos

MORAGA, Calif. – (RV/--) Boise State overcame a three-point deficit heading into the final 10 minutes to top Charlotte women's basketball, 68-65, in the final game for both teams at the Hilton Concord Classic Saturday in Moraga, Calif. It was the first meeting between the two programs.

The 49ers were led by 16 points from Grace Hunter, who finished as the team's leading scorer for the third-straight contest. She hit 7-of-10 field goals, including 2-of-3 behind the arc. Sophomore Laia Raventós added 10 points and six assists, while redshirt junior Nyilah Jamison-Myers poured in eight points and secured a team-best eight boards.
