Charlotte, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers (8-0-2, C-USA: 3-0-1) are ranked fifth in this week's United Soccer Coaches Poll. Charlotte is also ranked first in the Southeast Region.

The 49ers have been ranked in the national poll the entire season beginning with a ranking of 21st in the preseason poll. Fifth is the highest the 49ers have reached in the national polls since finishing the 2011 season ranked second after reaching the College Cup Finals.
