Charlotte, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers men's tennis team finished day one of the 49ers Fall Invitational at Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex.
In singles play, Francis Pare lost to Appalachian State's Milo Bargeron, 7-5, 6-1, in A1 flight. He will play UNC Greensboro's Will Albright, Saturday, October 20 at 10 a.m. Jensen Martin lost to UNC Greensboro's Jack Burkill in three hard fought sets, 6-7 (3), 6-1, 6-3, in A2 singles. He plays Georgia State's Albrin Sharma in the consolation bracket tomorrow at 11 a.m. Josh Aubrey lost to Davidson's Tommy Mason in three hard fought sets, 3-6, 6-2, 6-3, in B1 singles action.
