CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Nico Menzel registered three victories for the Charlotte men's track and field team at the Duke Invitational over the weekend, while Mihret Coulter recorded two new personal best times at the Virginia Challenge.
Menzel won the 100-meter dash and the 200m, before running the third leg of the winning 4x100-meter relay team. His time of 10.75 in the 100m and 21.26 in the 200m are personal best marks and the 200 time is the eighth fastest in school history.
James Myers, Christian Bass and Jayon Woodard joined Menzel on the relay team, posting the second fastest time in the history of the program.
