CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After receiving a bye in the first round of the Conference USA tournament, the 49ers' postseason commences in a meeting with fifth-seed New Mexico, a team Charlotte defeated at home 2-1 on Oct. 8. Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m. and televised on C-USA.tv.
49ers' Last Time Out
The Charlotte 49ers returned to the Queen City triumphant after traveling to West Virginia to battle conference foe Marshall in the regular season finale. Along with their 1-0 road victory, the 49ers captured the C-USA Regular-Season title, the seventh in school history and the third of head coach Kevin Langan's tenure.
