Charlotte, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers played their annual Green-White scrimmage on Wednesday night in Halton Arena. The game gave the fans their first opportunity to see the 2017-18 team in action in anticipation of the upcoming season.
Both teams put their skills on display for the crowd and showed aggression on both ends of the floor. The Green squad came away with the win, 34-33. The scrimmage consisted of three six-minute quarters.
Jailan Haslem, who played for the green team, led all players with 13 points, along with eight rebounds, displaying the dominant post presence he hopes to carry into the season.
