CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Former men's golf All-Americans Jonas Enander Hedin and Andrew DiBitetto will be recognized in a ceremony to take place during halftime of the 49ers football game on Saturday vs. FIU. The duo will become the second and third members of the golf team to join the 49ers' Jersey Recognition Program.
The teammates played all four years together, made four straight trips to the NCAA tournament and took home a pair of top-10 NCAA finishes. The duo helped the 49ers to a third-place finish at the 2007 NCAA National Championships before tying for eighth in their senior campaign of 2008.
