CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers will begin their quest for a Conference USA Championship when the annual tournament begins on Sunday morning in Texarkana, Arkansas. The 49ers will be one of 13 teams who will compete in the three-day, stroke play portion of the championship with the top four teams advancing to match play on Wednesday to decide the title. The event will once again be held at the Texarkana Country Club playing to a 6,969-yard layout of par 72 golf.
