CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte men's golf made a jump of six spots from round one to two while individual Trey Tobias leads the 88-player field by three shots after going nine-under on the day.
TOBIAS TO THE TOP
Tobias, playing as one of three individuals, fired a four-under 68 in round one and improved to a five-under 67 in round two. Tobias opened with a birdie and converted six more for his 68 before doing nearly identical numbers in round two. A birdie started his round, five more came on the front, with one final on the back for his stellar career-best round of 67.
