PALM DESERT, Calif. – Charlotte men's golf, ranked #50 heading into their spring-opening tournament in California, started off strong finishing second at the Desert Intercollegiate. John Gough posted the best individual finish in a tie for sixth while two others wrapped up just outside the top-10.
"Overall, we did some really good things this week in Palm Desert," started Head Coach Ryan Cabbage. "We didn't have the finish we were looking for today in the final round as we were just not able to keep up with a really good Auburn team.
