CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte men's golf will begin their 2017-18 season and the first of four fall events at the Gopher Invitational on Sunday and Monday. The 49ers will once again be under the guidance of Head Coach Ryan Cabbage who enters his seventh season at Charlotte.
"We're extremely excited to be opening up in Minnesota once again this season," started Cabbage. "We absolutely love the golf course at Windsong Farm and this is certainly one of our favorite events on the schedule."
Conor Purcell, John Gough, Zack Swanson, Matty Lamb and James Medley will be the five competing for the Niners as each team will post their four-best scores of the day to make up their team total.
