CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Just a week after playing in their season-opening tournament, the Charlotte men's golf team will head to VCU'S Janney Shootout on Monday and Tuesday. The Niners will send the same five-man lineup to Virginia looking to improve from last week's efforts.
"I look forward to seeing if our team can build on the positive things we did in Minnesota," began Head Coach Ryan Cabbage. "We also need to get better and improve in some areas from week one to week two."
Conor Purcell led the Niners and earned Conference USA's Men's Golfer of the Week award after a ninth-place finish.
