CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For the second time this season, David McCabe of Charlotte baseball has received Conference USA's Hitter of the Week award after his big weekend against UNCW. McCabe also won the same honor back on March 1st after a stellar weekend against William & Mary.

McCabe jumped back into the lineup over the weekend only to hit .700 in a series win over UNCW. McCabe started with a 1-for-2 night in the opener Thursday before posting his first of two three-hit nights with a pair of RBI in a 6-5 win.
