CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A total of 333 Charlotte 49ers Student-Athletes, most in the league, were named to the 2020-21 Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll, the league announced today. Recipients of the 2020-21 C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal will be announced tomorrow.
The Commissioner's Honor Roll is awarded to student-athletes in league-sponsored sports that have achieved a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher. Academic Medal recipients have achieved a 3.75 cumulative GPA or higher.
The 49ers volleyball, women's tennis and women's golf teams saw each of its student-athletes named to the 2020-21 Honor Roll. In all, 75% of the 49ers student-athletes were named to the honor roll.
