CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A pair of home runs and more quality pitching helped Charlotte baseball finish off their first series sweep of the year doubling up Morehead State 4-2 on Sunday afternoon. Austin Knight and Craig Keuchel provided the long balls while Bryce McGowan and four relievers again limited the Eagles to just four hits on the day.
"I thought our guys showed up today with an intent to win and show up on Sunday," stated Head Coach Robert Woodard. "They rose up to the challenge and it was great to see.
