CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte women's golf will welcome Karla Vazquez Setzer to the roster in the fall of 2020 as the Mexico native signed her National Letter of Intent to play for the 49ers.
"We are so excited to finally be able to officially welcome Karla to the 49er family," quipped Head Coach Holly Clark. "She is a stick of dynamite with her energy, spirit, experience and determination. Karla will be great for this team and the future of our program."
REPRESENTING ON MEXICAN NATIONAL TEAM
Vazquez Setzer, from Villahermosa in Tabasco, Mexico has been a part of Mexico's National Team from 2018-2019 and has an international win under her belt taking home medalist honors in the "XXVIII Campeonato Internacional Infantil Juvenil tournament.
