CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The Charlotte 49ers track and field team totaled 13 personal records on the day, including four event wins, four second-place finishes and three third-place outings at the Virginia Grand Prix on Saturday hosted by the University of Virginia.
MEN'S RESULTS
Gabe Nash recorded the Niners' first event win of the day in the 100m after running a time of 10.35. Corey Johnson also posted a personal record in the event after posting a time of 10.77. Jurcek Korpic Lesjak began the men's field events with a fourth-place finish in the hammer with a throw of 59.
