Charlotte 49ers head coach Will Healy awarded scholarships to two red-shirt senior walk-ons this week, in dramatic fashion.
"I don't know that there's a more rewarding opportunity than to give a guy a scholarship whose earned it," Healy said. "Two guys in their fifth year that have excelled academically and been great players here. It's a pretty rewarding part of the job."
