IRVING, Texas - The Charlotte Softball team collected two more postseason awards as sophomore Meredith Harris and junior Haley Pace were named to the 2017 Conference USA All-Academic Team, the league office announced on Wednesday.
To be eligible for the award, softball student-athletes must have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average, at least a sophomore standing and have competed in at least 60 percent of games this season as a starter or key reserve.
Pace has not only been one of the best players in the nation this season, but in the classroom as well.
