DENTON, Texas – Charlotte senior Megan Greene, who recently added a third career All-Conference USA First Team award to her mantle, netted both 49ers' scores in a 2-1 victory over WKU in the Conference USA Championships Quarterfinals. The win advances the No. 4-seeded Niners past the No. 5-seeded Lady Toppers for the second time in program history into the tournament's semifinals.

It was over 18 minutes later when Greene found the equalizer, deflecting a Riley Orr corner kick off a Lady Toppers defender at 39:33 to send the 49ers into the intermission even, 1-1.
