CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte's John Gough put together a stellar season in 2019-20 to become Conference USA's Men's Golfer of the Year announced by league officials on Thursday afternoon. Gough, also on C-USA's first team, was one of three 49ers earning postseason honors as Marc Boucher and Dongjin Park earn second team and all-freshman team honors.
"This is certainly an exciting announcement for all three of these guys," began Head Coach Ryan Cabbage. "I'm so proud of them and the work they did this past season. John being a first team all-conference selection for the second year in a row and the conference player of the year is just outstanding.
