Charlotte, N.C. – Charlotte 49ers head men's tennis coach Kyle Bailey announced the hiring of 2019 ITA Southern Region Assistant Coach of the Year Andrew Goodwin as assistant coach. Goodwin brings five years of coaching experience at the college and USTA levels to the 49ers coaching staff including playing a major role in helping Mississippi State capture SEC Tournament titles in 2018 and 2019.
"This is a huge get for our program," said Bailey who is in his second season at Charlotte. "Andrew has experience at the highest level of college tennis and brings a championship culture which aligns with our goals.
