CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte volleyball saw the 2019 season come to an end on Saturday afternoon in a 3-2 (20-25, 27-25, 25-21, 18-25, 13-15) defeat to visiting Florida Atlantic. The 49ers finish the season 16-15 overall, 5-9 in C-USA play. Yumi Garcia broke Charlotte's all-time career digs mark with 26 in the match.
"To see us playing our best volleyball this time of year is so excited," began Head Coach Karen Weatherington. "To see the seniors go out and have a great match, we just showed a lot of folks of what we're capable of.
