CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Just as she started in January, Charlotte volleyball's Emani' Foster wins the final Freshman of the Week honor announced by Conference USA on Sunday afternoon. Foster earned her sixth award of the year, 12th for the team total, after another dominant performance against UNCW on Friday.
"As a phenomenal a season as it's been for Emani', she brought an even higher level of competitive leadership defensively this weekend with 26 digs vs. UNCW," began Head Coach Karen Weatherington. "Niner Nation is so proud of her well-deserved accomplishments this season.
