WALLACE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers women's golf team sits in 10th place after nearly completing two rounds at the River Landing Classic in Wallace. Cecilie Finne-Ipsen shot a team-best 73 (+1) in round one and is currently tied for 27th in the 89-player field.
Finne-Ipsen began her day with a bogey on four and made the turn two-over after a second bogey on seven. She shot two bogies and two birdies alike on the back to remain two-over, then finished with a birdie on two for a one-over round one. Finne-Ipsen is currently five-over through 16 in round two.
