CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers baseball team returns home one final time this weekend hosting UTSA in the final three home games of the year. The series will wrap up a season-long six-game homestand before hitting the road for the final four games of the regular season and possibly earning a trip to the Conference USA Tournament in two weeks.
Charlotte (27-20, 14-10 C-USA) come into the weekend after suffering a three-game sweep, their first of the season, by Rice despite holding the lead in two of the three games after seven innings of play.
