The Charlotte 49ers Fan Fest will be held Saturday, Aug. 18 from 4-6 p.m. on-campus at the Barnhardt Activity Center, which houses Halton Arena. The Fan Fest is designed to kickoff the 2018 season presented by OrthoCarolina and will include family-friendly activities, autograph signings and the opportunity to meet with 49ers coaches and staff members.
Players from the 49ers football and volleyball teams will be on hand to sign autographs. A Kids Funzone will include inflatables, face painting and a balloon artist. There will also be a digital phone booth.
First-year Director of Athletics Mike Hill, head football coach Brad Lambert and head volleyball coach Karen Weatherington are all expected to be on hand.
