CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It took over three weeks and the three-time defending Conference USA champs to snap Charlotte volleyball's historic 11-game win streak as WKU claimed a 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 25-20) victory on Sunday afternoon.
"We didn't quite have enough today," began Head Coach Karen Weatherington. "There's a reason WKU one of the top-ranked teams in the nation. You have to give all credit to them, they're the most consistent team in the conference. I'm proud of the fact we played with them in the last two sets, it'll all help us get better.
