CHARLOTTE, N.C. - More than a week removed from a solid performance at Conference USA Championships, the Charlotte cross country team turns it's attention to NCAA Southeast Regionals hosted by the University of Virginia at Panorama Farms in Charlottesville, Va. this Friday.
The day will kick off with the women's 6k at 11 a.m. followed by the men's 10k at noon. The 49ers will be running for a place at the NCAA Championships as both a team and as individuals. The top two, seven-person teams from each of the nine regions in the nation automatically qualify while 13 additional teams are awarded an at-large bid.
