Charlotte, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers cross country program announces their 2019 schedule which is highlighted by the season-opening home meet, the Charlotte Opener.
"We are really excited about the schedule that we came up with for our program this fall," Charlotte 49ers cross country coach Joseph Lynn said. "We feel it gives our student-athletes plenty of national level competition, yet at the same time our younger athletes will have an opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow as competitive runners. Our home meet in August will feature some of the top teams in the Southeast Region, and our trips to Iona, Virginia, and UAB will serve as great check points to see what progress, we make throughout the fall.
