SARASOTA, Fla. – Charlotte Men's Golf's record-breaking performance fueled the Niners to their first American Athletic Conference Championship and 11th overall conference title on Wednesday (Apr. 23) at the Ritz-Carlton Members Club. The Niners finished the tournament at 829 (-35) tied with South Florida, outlasting the Bulls in a playoff to clinch the conference championship.
"I am extremely excited for these guys," said Head Coach Ryan Cabbage. "Winning a championship is always hard, especially against a great program like South Florida. We knew we would have to be very good this week to win, and our team delivered.
