CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers (18-8, 3-1 C-USA) have another road test this weekend after winning on the road against North Carolina on Tuesday as the team heads to Boca Raton, Fla., for a four-game series against the Florida Atlantic Owls (7-20, 2-2 C-USA) this Friday through Sunday, April 9-11. The first game will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, then the 49ers will play a doubleheader starting at 4 p.m. on Saturday and the series finale will begin at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Charlotte has a 6-16 record against the Owls, winning its first ever series against FAU last year after taking two of three games in the series before the season ended.
