KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Charlotte women's soccer collected its fifth straight and 14th overall national academic recognition from the United Soccer Coaches (formerly the National Soccer Coaches Association of America), as it was one of 562 programs presented with the Team Academic Award for the 2019-20 academic year. As a co-recipient of this year's accolade with the 49ers men's soccer program, Charlotte is one of 183 schools to have both teams honored.
ELIGIBILITY
The college Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite GPA of 3.
