CHARLOTTE — Charlotte Men's Basketball Head Coach Aaron Fearne announced the addition of former Siena starter Major Freeman from the transfer portal on Friday.
The 6-foot-3 guard started all 32 games for the Saints last year. He averaged 13 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.9 assists across 34.8 minutes per game. Freeman reached double figures in 24 games, highlighted by a 10-game streak to start the season.
His season-high mark came against Saint Peter's (28) on a 10-for-14 shooting clip. Freeman added 33 steals across his starts, with at least two in 10 games.
